Chevron donates $20K to Town of Pecos City
Chevron donated $20,000 to the Town of Pecos City at its recent Council meeting, according to the city.
Jonathan Harshman, public and government affairs advisor for Chevron’s Mid-Continent Business Unit, along with Steve Heller and Toribio Bislar, who are production supervisors for Chevron’s Pecos Operations, were on hand to present the donation to the city.
City officials said the funds will help “further achieve the vision and goals of the Town of Pecos City.”
“We as a community are truly grateful and will always be thankful for the difference you truly make to the Town of Pecos City,” officials said.
The Chevron representatives expressed their gratitude to the city, as well.
“We appreciate all that the City’s elected officials, staff, and residents do to create a desirable environment to live and work in Pecos,” said Harshman. “We proudly support their efforts by investing in the Pecos community.”
