Cinergy to donate $1 per ‘Sound of Freedom’ ticket to anti-trafficking organization
Cinergy Entertainment is donating $1 for each ticket sold to the new film “Sound of Freedom” at its theaters to an anti-trafficking organization.
Participating theaters include the Cinergy locations in Amarillo, Copperas Cove, Granbury, Marble Falls, Midland, Odessa, and Tulsa, according to the Odessa American.
The funds will go toward Jaco Booyens Ministries, “the anti-trafficking organization which served as consultants for the film,” the newspaper reports. Donate directly to the organization here.
The “Sound of Freedom” is based on a true story and stars Jim Caviezel as a federal agent who rescues a boy from child traffickers, then embarks on a mission to save the boy’s sister.
