Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard, who became friends while competing on American Idol season two, will bring their joint tour — Twenty The Tour — to the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center on Nov. 21, officials from the performing arts center announced.

Studdard and Aiken are reuniting 20 years after their run on American Idol in 2003, during which the pair faced off in the finals. Studdard ultimately won. Since then, the multi-award winning artists have recorded a combined 12 albums that sold over eight million albums worldwide. The pair have also starred together on Broadway.

In an Instagram post. on Dec. 3, 2022, Aiken stated, “We don’t get to choose our family. Most family is predetermined by blood; some are predestined by God to come into our lives. I’ve got one brother who was born into my family and one brother who the good Lord introduced me to in 2003.”
