Endeavor Energy donates $100K to Midland Education Foundation

A $100,000 donation from Endeavor Energy Resources, LP to the Midland Education Foundation will bolster several key initiatives at Midland ISD.

The funds will support the MISD Leadership Summit, which aims to develop leaders within the school district; the Convocation that brings together educators and staff to inspire and prepare them for the upcoming school year; Teacher Winter Wishes, which provides Midland teachers with much-needed classroom supplies midway through the academic year; for a new teacher orientation; and also for a program called Grants for Great Ideas, which provides assistance for innovative classroom projects.

Anita Gamertsfelder, director of the Midland Education Foundation, said the gift is “transformative,” allowing the Foundation to continue to empower educators and enrich student experiences.

“This donation will be felt across our entire district, and we are excited about the positive impact it will bring,” Gamertsfelder said.
