Kids eat free at Midland diner this summer

Blessed with “amazing customers,” Addie’s Diner in Midland is offering free meals to kids ages 5-15 who order from the kids menu this summer.

The summer  deal will be offered Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., the eatery announced on Facebook.

“If you know any kids this summer needing a meal please send them to Addie’s Diner,” said Addie’s Diner’s Natalie Garcia. “We love our children and got to keep them strong.”

The restaurant isn’t only generous with kids. On Mother’s Day, mothers were given roses and serenaded at the diner. The restaurant is also giving to the community as a whole, in part by serving meals to people in need on Thanksgiving.

“We can’t wait to have you,” Garcia said about the families taking advantage of the free kids meals. “We will try to have a surprise once a week.”

Addie’s Diner is located at 304 East Florida Ave. in Midland.
