Odessa bull won’t be bored with artsy neighbor

New art coming just across the street from the bull art piece.
The lonely bull at the corner of 4th Street and Grant Avenue in Odessa will soon have an artsy new neighbor.
The Odessa City Council recently approved $87,559 in Tax increment Reinvestment Zone funds to rehabilitate landscaping on the city-owned parking lots on the east and west sides of Grant Street.
The project includes an area to display art, just across the street from the bull art piece.
The project also includes replacing fescue sod at the parking lots, four new planter beds, new irrigation system and four benches, according to city documents.
