Over 6K attend 3rd Annual Cavern City Renaissance Festival
The 3rd Annual Cavern City Renaissance Festival was deemed not just a success, but downright “incredible” by organizers.
“We have nothing but appreciation in our mind right now,” they said.
Over 6,000 people attended this year, which ran from Friday, Sept. 27 and Saturday, Sept. 28 at Lake Carlsbad Beach Park. That’s a considerable increase from the nearly 4,000 that attended the inaugural festival.
There were also about 80 vendors this year, up from 53 in the first year, and they expressed “record weekend sales” from the latest festival.
Many attendees traveled from “far and wide.”
“We have never seen such enthusiastic crowds and generous patrons,” organizers said.
