Fambro chose Pecos as her next destination because her family is originally from West Texas. She is credited for having a friendly nature, excellent project management and team building skills and dedication to employees. She also happens to have an impressive background with multiple degrees that includes a master of science in human resources management, and is currently pursuing a master of science in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Phoenix. She’s expected to graduate in October.
Moreland, who has been serving as assistant to the city manager since June, is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University where he’s earned multiple degrees. He also has experience working in both the private and public sectors, including two years working in internal auditing and as an assistant to the Mayor of Kurten, Texas.
In his role as assistant to the City Manager, Griffin will “support various projects and act as a liaison between inter and intra organizational groups and individuals, ensuring efficient and effective communication and project management,” city officials said.
The city said it is confident that Moreland’s “skills, experience, and dedication will significantly contribute to the betterment of our community.”
