Roman was a star player at Pecos High before earning a scholarship to the University of Southwest, where he attended for two years. He then transferred to Arlington Baptist University, where he won a national title and earned a Bachelor’s in Business.
According to a statement by the Andre Roman Organization on its website, “There is a lot of talent in the West Texas area that is unnoticed and we…provide each camper with proper training from professional players and coaches.” The organization added that the camp’s goal is to “help each camper reach their maximum potential on and off the court.”
