The Temptations and the Four Tops to perform at Wagner Noël PAC

The Temptations and the Four Tops, two legendary bands that helped define the Motown sound of the 1960s, are scheduled to perform at the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center on Oct. 28, the venue announced today.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. July 21.

The Temptations produced numerous smash-hit songs over the decades such as My Girl, Just My Imagination, Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone and Ain’t Too Proud to Beg. The band celebrated their 60th Anniversary in 2022 and released a brand-new album, Temptations 60, with nearly all-original songs to mark the milestone. Dr. Otis Williams, the sole surviving, original member of The Temptations, turned 80 on Oct. 30, 2021.

The Four Tops are the legendary Detroit “Motown” quartet behind hit singlses “I Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bunch),” “Reach Out I’ll be There” and “Aind’t No Woman.” The band continues to perform with Abdul “Duke” Fakir as the last surviving original member.
