Midland Health hosting Bivalent Booster Vaccine Clinic on Oct. 13

Midland Health is hosting a Bivalent Booster Vaccine Clinic for patients ages 12 years and older on Thursday, Oct. 13, from 3-4:30 p.m. at the F. Marie Hall Outpatient Center.

This clinic is for the Pfizer COVID-19 Bivalent Booster only, not the primary series. Patients can receive the Pfizer COVID-19 Bivalent Booster if it has been at least two months since they completed primary vaccination or have received the most recent booster dose.

Patients must possess their CDC COVID-19 vaccination card showing at least two completed doses to receive the vaccine. Registration, consent and signature on the file combination form must be completed and brought to the appointment.

No money will be collected from any patient. An administration fee will be charged direct to a patient’s insurance if applicable.
