Odessa police invite community to block party; first 600 kids get backpack with goodies
The Odessa Police Department is inviting the community to a block party at South Side Ball Park, 1201 W. Monahans, on Saturday, July 30.
The event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. will include giveaways, food and fun, games, and the first 600 kids get a special backpack with goodies.
Best part: they get to meet the police officers.
