Over 70 small businesses to attend Midland Market at Bush Convention Center

More than 70 small business owners will come together for an epic shopping experience at the Bush Convention Center.
Midland Market, organized by the good folks at A Joyful Season Shopping Expo, will take place from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 5, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Saturday, May 6.
According to Midland Market’s Facebook page, which reveals some of the small businesses planning to attend, the event will feature boutiques, sweet treats, face painting, kids books/toys/games, the opportunity to build your own stuffed animal, homemade dog treats, beeswax skincare, metal art, home decor, kitchen essentials, candles, gifts, and much more.
A Joyful Season Shopping Expo is the brainchild of Lindsey and Elissa, who met in 2011 at a local craft fair when Lindsey bought some hair bows from Olivia, Elissa’s 9-year-old daughter. They became instant friends, and after attending more local events together, A Joyful Season Shopping Expo was born to bring together a shopping experience benefiting Texas small businesses.
