UTPB to host Kite Fest on April 15

The University of Texas Permian Basin (UTPB) Student Government Association will host its annual Kite Fest on Saturday, April 15, 2023 from noon to 3 p.m. at UTPB Park (off Loop 338).
The free event is open to the community.
“Families are encouraged to bring kites to fly, and we’ll also be handing out kites to anyone who needs one,” UTPB officials said, adding, “There will be food and large kites in the sky for entertainment.”
