Bass Pro Shops set for grand opening in Odessa

Bass Pro Shops is set to host a grand opening for its new 100,000-square-foot store in Odessa, located along Highway 191.

The grand-opening event, called “Evening for Conservation,” will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 29. Festivities begin at 5 p.m. with a performance by singer-songwriter Austin Brown. The official ceremony starts at 6 p.m., followed by a ribbon-cutting at 6:30 p.m..

During the event, 15 percent of most sales will be donated to local conservation efforts.

Inside the store, you’ll find gear for fishing, hunting, camping, boating and more.
